After all, you really want tomatoes in your apartment to taste better and have larger tomatoes with a bigger head and more tomatoes per plant. But did you know that they do great in apartment settings? There are several reasons why apartment gardening is a great idea.

If space permits you can easily grow tomatoes indoors for just a few dollars. That may sound cheap but you have to consider how little space is needed. In fact, there is no need to have an apartment tomato plant in your apartment. They can be placed on the kitchen windowsill or even on the counter if you place the container on a flat surface. Some varieties can even be placed in a terrace. That makes it very easy to grow indoors if you have the budget.
